The Hotel Soraya, three star superior, has recently been renovated to achieve the highest level of comfort for its Guests. It is located just 100 mt from the beach in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro’s pinewood. Its simple and relaxing atmosphere, the perfect service and the nice familiar treatment will ensure you a pleasant stay.
Welcome in our Hotel Soraya in Lignano Pineta. I am Jannine Della Maria and I am happy to guide you during this short visit in the Website of my Hotel, which my grandparents built in 1968. At that time Lignano Pineta was still a small “green spot” on which the Architect Marcello D’Olivo had just planned the famous “snail” which has later made popular the town. For three generations the main aim of my family has always been to ensure a nice holiday for our Guests.
My Grandfather started in 1946 with the Alpino Hotel, near Terrazza Mare which became then the symbol of Lignano. He continued in 1953 building the Santa Cruz, Centrale and Lido Hotels in Lignano Pineta which in more recent years were demolished and substituted by the Santa Cruz-Passage with cafes, shops, apartments and of course the Santa Cruz Hotel completely renovated. In 1964 my father opened then the Sole Café and the Savoia Meublé as well as the Charlie Brown Disco together with his friend Giorgio. One of the first Discos in Italy: a great success! After selling the Sole Café and the Savoia Meublé in 1968 my father and grandparents built the Soraya Hotel.
A fifty-year experience and love for this job allow me to guarantee you all conforts, much more than a simple three-star Hotel, which can satisfy also the more demanding Guests. Our Courtesy and attention for each small detail have created a relaxing and warm atmosphere making you feel like home.
